According to their latest podcast, Harmonix is in the the midst of working on at least two new “AAA” games. Director of Communications John Drake laid down a few salient quotes about the projects:

Some of them are music games, some of them are not full-on rhythm-action games

Some of them are brand new things that we created from our gut and brains here at Harmonix

I can only assume that this means we can be looking forward to the long-awaited sequel to EyeToy: AntiGrav.

The developer that begun its career with FreQuency and Amplitude was critical in creating the rise of the rhythm-game genre with their work on the first Guitar Hero and then the Rock Band series. After four years with the corporation, Harmonix became an independent developer by buying itself out of Viacom in 2012.

Harmonix is currently developing Dance Central 3 for Kinect, and Rock Band Blitz for XBLA.
