Rockstar has announced a release date for the first DLC pack to hit Max Payne 3. As of July 3rd PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 owners will be able to download the Local Justice Pack. Those of you who chose the PC version will have to wait until July 17th for the DLC pack. The pack will feature levels from the end of Max Payne 3’s killer single player story, a new weapon, a new item/perk and a new multi player faction. The pack will also include all new achievements or trophies and Social Club accomplishments.
Lets take a look at what’s included:
-55th Battalion HQ map for all modes
-Imperial Palace/ Departure Lounge maps for Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Payne Killer modes
-Light Fingers Item/Perk for quicker looting of enemies
-M4 Assault Rifle with various attachments
-Sao Paulo Police Faction with customizable avatars
Rockstar’s original release date for the Local Justice Pack was June and seeing things are running a little behind the DLC will be discounted for the first week of release. Xbox 360 owners will receive this pack for 480 Microsoft Points while PS3 and PC owners can nab it for $5.99. Once the first week is up Local Justice goes to the normal price of 640 MS Points or $7.99. Those of you sporting the Max Payne 3 Rockstar Pass will be getting this for free. You can still snatch up the Rockstar Pass for 2400 MS Points or $29.99 on PC and PSN.
If that was not enough Max Payne 3 goodness all the pre-order DLC will be available for purchase on Xbox Live and PSN.

-Silent Killer Loadout Pack: 160 MS Points or $1.99
-Pill Bottle Item: 80 MS Points or $0.99
-Deadly Force Burst: 80 MS Points or $0.99
-Classic Max Payne Character: 80 MS Points or $0.99
All of the above will be available to PS3 and Xbox 360 on July 3rd and PC players on the 17th. If you have the Rockstar Pass all of the pre-order goodies are yours free of charge.
