In the wake of the retirement announcements from BioWare co-founders Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeshuck, the studio’s General Manager, Aaryn Flynn, posted a blog today offering homage to the two men. More importantly, he also offered up some great insight as to what BioWare has in store for the future.

As mentioned earlier this week, the next game in the Dragon Age series will be titled, Dragon Age: Inquisition. The game will be using a brand spanking new engine and will also supposedly be a collection of input from fans who were less than thrilled with the execution of Dragon Age 2.

Flynn also mentions that Mass Effect 3 will have more DLC headed our way within the next six months for both the single-player story and the online multiplayer.  This will include Omega, which is due for release this fall; however, DLC isn’t the only thing we’re to expect from the sci-fi opera.

“But the Mass Effect universe is vast, and Casey and our teams have plans for another full game.”

If adding to our favorites wasn’t enough, Flynn also explains that there are plans in motion for brand-new titles that will be set in their own universes and built from the ground up with the latest gaming technology.
